What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is an amazing full body workout that uses a piece of traditional equipment called the Reformer. The Reformer essentially is a bed-like carriage that utilises a combination of different spring tensions to create either instability or resistance while you workout. Still curious? Come along to our ‘Reformer New’ class and we can show you in-person.
How do I book a class?
You can book a class through our website, the Mindbody app or in-person at our studio. If you are unsure how to use the mindbody app we are more than happy to take the time to show you how user-friendly it is.
Is there a minimum age limit?

My favourite class is booked out!
This can happen from time to time but more often than not you may still be able to attend by putting your name down on the Waitlist. You will receive an email/txt to confirm your booking if you are added to the class when a spot becomes available.
I’m on the Waitlist, how does this work?

When you have added yourself to the waitlist, it potentially reserves a spot in a full class. In the event that a cancellation happens, and you are the first person on the waitlist, you will be automatically sent an email/txt notification.  It will request you to accept or decline the position in the class by replying as per the directions in the automated message.

If you receive the automated message and no longer wish to attend the class, we ask you decline the offer so that the next person on the waitlist can attend.

If you are still unsure, please contact us to explain waitlists to you before signing up to our waitlist feature.
