OUR CLASSES

With true small group class sizes of only seven participants, our instructors will be there to motivate and support you through your workout while correcting pilates form and alignment. All our classes offer full body workouts that tone, lengthen and strengthen the body, while incorporating the six pilates principles of breath, control, concentration, centring, precision and flow.

Reformer classes

REFORMER NEW

Reformer New is designed to settle those new class nerves. This class will provide you with the knowledge to confidently join our ‘Reformer One’ Group Pilates classes.

Our instructor will take you through studio etiquette, discuss fitness goals, guide you through how to use the reformer safely and also introduce you to a few principal pilates moves.

This class is designed for those who have never conducted Reformer Pilates before. Half of this class is allocated to the introduction and half practicing the principal moves.

Duration: 60 minutes

REFORMER ONE

A full body workout that focuses on creating a balanced body and a strong core. A fun and engaging class designed with everyone in mind. This class is sometimes stretchy and sometimes sweaty!!

Let’s get moving and learn to reconnect with our body & mind.

Duration: 45 minutes

Yogalates

YOGALATES

Join us for a revitalizing journey of mind and body with our Yogalates class starting on Friday, October 6th, at 12:30 PM.

What is Yogalates?  It’s the perfect blend of yoga flow and reformer Pilates, designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.

Get ready to experience the best of both worlds.

MUMS & BUBS REFORMER PILATES

The weekly workshop will run over 6 weeks, with our classes focusing on postpartum recovery as well as providing a unique opportunity to bond with your newborn. Suitable for Mums with babies from 6 weeks to crawling.

What to expect:

A gentle pilates class focused on post-partum recovery, assisting Mums to regain strength and energy after birth.
A relaxed and supportive environment for mindful movement with an opportunity to connect with other Mums and Bubs.
